Guidelines

Check-In is between 1 pm - 9 pm

Check-out is by 11 am.

*Unless a Late Check-Out is prearranged and a fee is paid

Cancellation Policy:

  • We require 48-hours notice before check-in time of your arrival date; if NOT received, you will be charged for one night, including our booking fee and GST.

Refund Policy:

  • NO refunds will be given on camping fees after check-in

    General:

  • Please be courteous to all guests and do not walk through another guest’s site.

  • Gate codes are for ‘paying’ Guests only. Please do not share it.

  • One Sleeping Camper, one vehicle per FHU Site/ Max. of one Tent, one vehicle per Tent Site

  • Sewer Hoses must be properly fitted and sealed.

  • We ask that your visitors park outside the gate and walk in.

  • Protect our grass. No driving, parking, no mats or gazebos on the grass.

  • Quiet Time is 11 pm – 7 am.

    • Excessive noise/disruption to other Guests could result in Eviction.

    • Fire Pits are for wood, not garbage.

    *You are welcome to use your propane fire pits if you place them on top of the existing fire pit.

  • Camping is done entirely at your own risk—no liability is assumed for accidents, injuries, or lost property.

Pet Policies:

  • Leash Requirement: Pets must be on a leash or contained when not in your camper.

  • Clean-Up: Owners must clean up after their pets every time.

  • Dogs must be supervised by a competent person, and must not show aggression towards people or other animals

    • We do understand that some dogs are reactive but not a threat, so please use your discretion when considering bringing your dog camping

    • As per Okotoks by-law, Dog handlers are responsible for any injuries caused by their dog(s).

Landscaping:

  • Please note to keep our park beautiful, watering the grass happens between 6-9 am, so if you have chairs, etc, and you don’t want them to get wet, we ask that you set them back closer to your camper.

  • Mowing is also done regularly.

  • The Trees and Fences are the property of the Town of Okotoks, and they do not want anything secured or hung on them. Ex: Dogs, tent lines, hammocks.

  • Fences are marked: Do Not Climb on Fence

  • Washing of vehicles and rigs is not allowed in the park.

Specific to Tent Sites:

  • You have 15 amp power. This does not support more than 1 appliance at a time.

  • The Potable Water is a tap at the front of the Restroom Building.

    • Take the water from here to your Site to wash dishes, etc.

    • Please do not wash your dishes in the Restrooms
